\u6708\u653f\u6cbb\u8207\u884c\u653f\u7cfb\u7684\u5e74\u5831\u4e2d\uff0c\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u76e7\u6c38\u9d3b\u6559\u6388\u900f\u9732\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u547d\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u653f\u7b56\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662 \u300d[2]\uff0c\u4f46\u5230\u4e8611 \u670823 \u65e5\u7684\u8aee\u8a62\u6703\uff0c\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u547d\u540d\u53bb\u9664\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u300d\u4e8c\u5b57\uff0c\u5411\u5927\u5bb6\u5ba3\u4f48\u540d\u7a31\u6539\u56de2022 of Governance and Policy Science\uff09\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31\u5247\u70ba\u300c\u653f\u653f\u5b78\u9662\u300d[3]\u3002\u7d42\u57282024 \u5e742 \u67081 \u65e5\u5728\u6821\u8463\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u63a1\u7d0d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u5b78\u9662\u547d\u540d\u591a\u6b21\u66f4\u52d5\u7684\u5169\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u653f\u653f\u7684\u540c\u5b78\u7d93\u5e38\u63d0\u8b70\u4fdd\u7559\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u300d\u4f5c\u5b78\u9662\u547d\u540d\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f5c\u5f70\u986f\u5b78\u7cfb\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u95dc\u61f7\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5c08\u8cac\u5c0f\u7d44\u5c62\u6b21\u4e88\u4ee5\u5426\u5b9a\uff0c\u653f\u653f\u5408\u4f75\u95dc\u6ce8\u7d44\u66fe\u5f15\u8ff0\u7cfb\u4e3b\u4efb\u76e7\u6c38\u9d3b\u6559\u6388\u7684\u8b1b\u6cd5\uff0c\u662f\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u300d\u7d66\u4eba\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u8ca0\u9762\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u523b\u610f\u907f\u958b\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u300d\u4f5c\u547d\u540d[4]\u3002\u653f\u653f\u7cfb\u5b78\u751f\u8cea\u7591\u6709\u300c\u53bb\u653f\u6cbb\u5316\u300d\u7684\u52d5\u6a5f\uff0c\u6de1\u5316\u653f\u653f\u7cfb\u7684\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u8272\u5f69\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Management\uff09<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u500b\u8cea\u7591\u5176\u5be6\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u671d\u4e00\u5915\uff0c\u65e9\u57282022\u5e74\uff0c\u5c08\u8cac\u5c0f\u7d44\u5df2\u7d93\u70ba\u91cd\u7d44\u4e8b\u5b9c\u64b0\u5beb\u597d\u300a\u6700\u7d42\u5831\u544a\u300b\uff0c\u4e26\u5df2\u7d93\u70ba\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u547d\u540d\u6709\u5b9a\u8abf\uff08\u300c\u7ba1\u6cbb\u8207\u653f\u7b56\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u300d\uff09\u3002\u6578\u4f4d\u6821\u53cb\u548c\u524d\u653f\u653f\u7cfb\u52a9\u6559\u5728\u300a\u660e\u5831\u300b\u64b0\u6587\u6307[5]\uff0c\u8a72\u5e74\u5404\u9593\u5927\u5c08\u9662\u6821\u9678\u7e8c\u5c07\u653f\u6cbb\u76f8\u95dc\u5b78\u7cfb\u6613\u540d\uff0c\u4e26\u540c\u6a23\u628a\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u300d\u4e8c\u5b57\u5f9e\u540d\u7a31\u4e0a\u62b9\u9664\uff0c\u5728\u5b78\u754c\u5439\u8d77\u4e00\u80a1\u300c\u53bb\u653f\u6cbb\u5316\u300d\u7684\u98a8\u6f6e\uff0c\u4e2d\u5927\u653f\u653f\u7cfb\u4ea6\u65bc\u7576\u6642\u9ad8\u8abf\u70ba\u91cd\u7d44\u548c\u5b78\u9662\u547d\u540d\u5c0d\u5916\u653e\u98a8\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u300a\u9999\u6e2f01\u300b\u57282022\u5e74\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u5831\u9053\u300c\u22ef\u22ef\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\u653f\u6cbb\u8207\u884c\u653f\u5b78\u7cfb\u5c07\u5728\u91cd\u7d44\u5f8c\u4e0d\u5fa9\u5b58\u5728\u300d[6]\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u9577\u8d99\u5fd7\u88d5\u6559\u6388\u5426\u8a8d\u6709\u53bb\u653f\u6cbb\u5316\u52d5\u6a5f[7]\uff0c\u4f46\u653f\u6cbb\u5b78\u79d1\u76f8\u7e7c\u53bb\u653f\u6cbb\u5316\u7684\u6613\u540d\u98a8\u6f6e\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u4e09\u5408\u4e00\u91cd\u7d44\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u8108\u7d61\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f9e\u5716\u88681\u53ef\u898b\uff0c\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u547d\u540d\u548c\u5dba\u5927\u6613\u540d\u5982\u51fa\u4e00\u8f4d\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u53bb\u9664\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u300d\u4e8c\u5b57\uff0c\u82f1\u6587\u540d\u7528\u300cGovernance\u300d\u4e5f\u5982\u57ce\u5927\u6613\u540d\u66f4\u66ff\u70ba\u66f4\u8b1b\u6c42\u6280\u8853\u5b98\u50da\u7684\u300cManagement\u300d\uff0c\u53ef\u898b\u4e2d\u5927\u65b0\u5b78\u9662\u7684\u547d\u540d\u6709\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u601d\u8def\u3002\u4ee4\u653f\u653f\u540c\u5b78\u4e0d\u6eff\u7684\u662f\u300cGovernance\u300d\uff0c\u96b1\u542b\u4e86\u300c\u653f\u5e9c\u7ba1\u4eba\u6c11\u300d\u7684\u5f9e\u5c6c\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5f9e\u300c\u751a\u9ebc\u662f\u597d\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\uff1f\u300d\u8f49\u79fb\u91cd\u5fc3\u6210\u300c\u5982\u4f55\u7ba1\u597d\u4eba\u6c11\uff1f\u300d\uff0c\u524d\u8005\u662f\u63a2\u8a0e\u516c\u6c11\u7684\u5171\u6cbb\uff0c\u800c\u5f8c\u8005\u63a2\u8a0e\u7684\u662f\u5728\u6b0a\u529b\u65b9\u7684\u4e0a\u800c\u4e0b\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u6cd5\u5b78\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u8cea\u7591\u662f\uff0c\u7528\u300cGovernance\u300d\u4e5f\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u5b78\u8853\u91cd\u5fc3\u7684\u8f49\u79fb\u3002Governance\uff08\u7ba1\u6cbb\u6548\u80fd\uff09\u5c6cPublic Affair\uff08\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u52d9\uff09\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u9818\u57df[8]\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebcParty Politics\uff08\u653f\u9ee8\u653f\u6cbb\uff09\u3001Comparative Politics\uff08\u6bd4\u8f03\u653f\u6cbb\uff09\u5c31\u4e0d\u91cd\u8981\u4e86\u55ce\uff1f\u8a0e\u8ad6\u50f9\u503c\u548c\u61c9\u7136\u6027\u554f\u984c\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u54f2\u5b78\u53ef\u4ee5\u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u55ce\uff1f\u653f\u653f\u5408\u4f75\u95dc\u6ce8\u7d44\u6210\u54e1Miles\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u7576\u4f60\u53ea\u662f\u8b1b\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u8b1b\u653f\u6cbb\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\u5c31\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u653f\u7b56\u5c0d\u4e0d\u5c0d\u5462\uff1f\u53bb\u5236\u5b9a\u9019\u500b\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4eba\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u6388\u6b0a\u5462\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5f88\u50b3\u7d71\u653f\u6cbb\u5b78\u4e0a\u4e00\u76f4\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6703\u4e0d\u6703\u7531\u9019\u500b\u547d\u540d\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u907f\u958b\u4e86\uff1f\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr and Public Administration\uff09\u7684Government\uff08\u653f\u5e9c\uff09\u4e26\u4e0d\u7b49\u540c\u65bcPolitics\uff08\u653f\u6cbb\uff09\uff0c\u70ba\u751a\u9ebc\u4e0d\u662f\u63a1\u7528\u66f4\u8a00\u7c21\u610f\u8cc5\u7684\u300cPolitical Studies\u300d\u6216\u662f\u300cPolitical Science\u300d\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u5982\u6e05\u83ef\u5317\u5927\u7684\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u5b78\u7cfb\u300d\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5230\u6e2f\u82f1\u6642\u4ee3\uff0c1970\u5e74\u5275\u7acb\u4e2d\u5927\u653f\u653f\u7cfb\u4e4b\u6642\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u633d\u7559\u672c\u5730\u4eba\u624d\u7684\u6b0a\u5b9c\u4e4b\u8a08\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u60f3\u70ba\u9999\u6e2f\u4eba\u666e\u53ca\u653f\u6cbb\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u7814\u7a76[9]\u3002\u5f9e\u99ac\u6a39\u4eba\u6559\u6388\u5728\u4e94\u5341\u9031\u5e74\u7cfb\u520a\u5f15\u8ff0\u653f\u653f\u5275\u7cfb\u5143\u8001\u7684\u8b1b\u6cd5\uff0c\u653f\u653f\u7cfb\u6c92\u6709\u300cPolitics\u300d\u9019\u500b\u5b57\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u5f37\u8abf\u5275\u7cfb\u662f\u70ba\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u4f9b\u516c\u5171\u884c\u653f\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u4f4e\u653f\u6cbb\u654f\u611f[10]\u3002\u7cfb\u520a\u4e2d\u8a2a\u554f\u5275\u7cfb\u5143\u8001\u7fc1\u677e\u7136\u6559\u6388\u5beb\u9053\u300c\uff08\u653f\u653f\uff09\u5b78\u7cfb\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u662f\u5728\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\u8a2d\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u8981\u57f9\u990a\u653f\u6cbb\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u57f9\u990a\u516c\u5171\u884c\u653f\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u70ba\u5b83\u6240\u7528\u3002\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u57f9\u990a\u8ddf\u5b83\u7af6\u722d\uff0c\u8ddf\u5b83\u8981\u6b0a\u529b\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u90a3\u7a2e\u4eba\u624d\u300d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u547d\u540d\u4e0a\u300c\u82f1\u570b\u7576\u5c40\u89ba\u5f97\u9084\u662f\u300eGovernment\u300f\u6bd4\u300ePolitics\u300f\u6216\u300ePolitical Science\u300f\u5408\u9069\u300d[11]\u3002\u4e00\u8108\u76f8\u627f\u81f3\u4eca\u7684\u601d\u7dad\u662f\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u653f\u5e9c\u60f3\u8981\u7684\u53ea\u662f\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u4e2d\u7acb\u300d\u7684\u884c\u653f\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u800c\u7576\u540c\u5b78\u7406\u89e3\u5728\u653f\u6cbb\u5b78\u7cfb\u5b78\u7fd2\u77e5\u8b58\u3001\u8a0e\u8ad6\u653f\u6cbb\u50f9\u503c\u548c\u6279\u5224\u5236\u5ea6\u6642\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u7576\u6b0a\u8005\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u6709\u843d\u5dee\uff0c\u5982\u662f\u8005\uff0c\u6539\u540d\u4e5f\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5c0d\u653f\u6cbb\u5b78\u79d1\u7684\u6574\u9813\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
