\u5f9e\u524d\uff0c\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u5c31\u662f\u88ab\u793e\u6703\u5bc4\u4e88\u539a\u671b\u7684\u4e00\u7fa4\u30021963 \u5e74\u4e2d\u5927\u7684\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u8c61\u5fb5\u8457\u6297\u722d\u7684\u958b\u59cb\u3002\u5979\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u9577\u4e45\u4ee5\u4f86\u5c0d\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u65bd\u653f\u4e0a\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u51fa\u8def\u7684\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4ea6\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u6216\u4e2d\u5927\u67b6\u69cb\u4e0a\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u6839\u672c\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u4e2d\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u5728 1970 \u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u5c31\u5927\u5b78\u64a5\u6b3e\u524a\u6e1b\u3001\u300c\u4e2d\u6587\u61c9\u8a72\u6210\u70ba\u6cd5\u5b9a\u8a9e\u8a00\u300d\u3001\u53ca\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u5236\u56db\u6539\u4e09\u7b49\u800c\u5404\u767c\u8d77\u4e86\u6700\u5c11\u5169\u6b21\u904b\u52d5\u6297\u8b70\uff0c\u5beb\u4e0b\u53f2\u4e0a\u5149\u8f1d\u7684\u4e00\u9801\u3002\u7576\u6642\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u7cbe\u82f1\u4e3b\u7fa9\u4e0b\u7ad9\u5728\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u4e00\u5c0f\u64ae\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u62b1\u8457\u4e0d\u5e73\u5247\u9cf4\u7684\u5fc3\uff0c\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u6539\u9769\u793e\u6703\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u80cc\u8ca0\u8457\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u5c31\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u56de\u5230\u516d\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u5b78\u904b\u7684\u300c\u706b\u7d05\u5e74\u4ee3\u300d\uff0c\u56de\u9867\u4e00\u4e0b\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u5b78\u904b\u53f2\u3002<\/p>\n

\u516d\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\uff1a\u300c\u706b\u7d05\u5e74\u4ee3\u300d\u7684\u958b\u59cb<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u5b78\u904b\u5c31\u662f\u62b1\u8457\u6c11\u65cf\u611f\u60c5\u800c\u751f\uff0c\u5b78\u751f\u5011\u4e0d\u6eff\u73fe\u5be6\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u51fa\u53cd\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\u7684\u4e3b\u7fa9\u3002\u4ee5 1971 \u5e74 2 \u6708\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6642\u5169\u5e74\u7684\u4fdd\u91e3\u904b\u52d5\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u7f8e\u65e5\u653f\u5e9c\u4f01\u5716\u596a\u53d6\u4e2d\u570b\u9818\u571f\u7684\u91e3\u9b5a\u53f0\u5cf6\u5dbc\uff0c\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u300c\u9999\u6e2f\u4fdd\u885b\u7d04\u9b5a\u53f0\u884c\u52d5\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u300d\uff0c\u62b5\u5236\u65e5\u8ca8\uff0c\u4e26\u591a\u6b21\u5411\u65e5\u672c\u9818\u4e8b\u9928\u793a\u5a01\u6297\u8b70\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d 7 \u540d\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u88ab\u6355\u3002\u800c 1966 \u5e74\u6297\u8b70\u5929\u661f\u5c0f\u8f2a\u52a0\u50f9\u30011971 \u5e74\u652f\u63f4\u76f2\u5de5\u7b49\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u5247\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u7576\u6642\u5b78\u751f\u4e0d\u5e73\u5247\u9cf4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u611b\u570b\u53cd\u6b96\u7684\u5fc3\u614b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e0d\u904e\u300c\u706b\u7d05\u5e74\u4ee3\u300d\u7684\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e00\u4e9b\u7acb\u5834\u4e0a\u4e26\u975e\u6240\u6709\u90fd\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u4ee5\u7576\u6642\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4fe1\u5ff5\u4f86\u5340\u5206\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u6210\u5169\u500b\u6d3e\u5225\uff1a\u300c\u570b\u7cb9\u6d3e\u300d\u548c\u300c\u793e\u6703\u6d3e\u300d\u3002\u9019\u5169\u500b\u540d\u865f\u9996\u5148\u65bc 1973 \u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u51fa\u73fe\u3002\u8a72\u5e74 8 \u6708\uff0c\u540c\u5b78\u767c\u8d77\u300c\u53cd\u8caa\u6c61\uff0c\u6349\u845b\u67cf\u300d\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u8209\u8fa6\u591a\u5834\u516c\u958b\u8ad6\u58c7\u53ca\u904a\u884c\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u653f\u5e9c\u6349\u62ff\u8caa\u6c61\u5f8c\u6f5b\u9003\u7684\u7e3d\u8b66\u53f8\u845b\u67cf [1]\u3002\u96c6\u6703\u671f\u9593\u6709\u540c\u5b78\u7121\u7406\u88ab\u7968\u63a7\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b78\u754c\u518d\u6b21\u767c\u8d77\u300c\u8caa\u6c61\u6709\u7f6a\uff0c\u96c6\u6703\u7121\u7f6a\u300d\u7684\u793a\u5a01\uff0c\u903c\u4f7f\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u8996\u5176\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6210\u7acb\u7279\u5225\u8abf\u67e5\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u8abf\u67e5\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e26\u5176\u5f8c\u767c\u5c55\u70ba\u5ec9\u653f\u516c\u7f72\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u6349\u62ff\u845b\u67cf\u6b78\u6848\u3002\u4e8b\u5f8c\u540c\u5b78\u767c\u8d77\u4e00\u9023\u4e32\u6709\u95dc\u300c\u53cd\u6b96\u300d\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u540c\u5b78\u5c0d\u9999\u6e2f\u524d\u9014\u53ca\u4e2d\u570b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u5206\u6790\u5728\u610f\u898b\u4e0a\u6709\u5206\u6b67\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u5206\u70ba\u300c\u570b\u7cb9\u6d3e\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u793e\u6703\u6d3e\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n
