\u7531\u8b70\u6848\u63d0\u51fa\u5230\u5be6\u884c\u6574\u6574\u5169\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u8b70\u54e1\u614b\u5ea6\u51b7\u6de1\uff0c\u5a92\u9ad4\u66f4\u5e7e\u8fd1\u5ffd\u8996\uff0c\u671f\u9593\u53ea\u9593\u4e2d\u807d\u5230\u7da0\u8272\u5718\u9ad4\u5927\u8086\u5531\u548c\uff08\u5982WWF\uff09\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u6bd4\u8d77\u5176\u4ed6\u8ca1\u7d93\u300c\u5927\u4e8b\u300d\uff0c\u5c0f\u773e\u751f\u8a08\u7684\u5b58\u4ea1\u90fd\u4e0d\u5728\u8b70\u6703\u8207\u5a92\u9ad4\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\u4e4b\u5217\u3002\u7576\u518d\u7ffb\u770b\u90a3\u300c\u4eca\u65e5\u9999\u6e2f\u300d\u6559\u79d1\u66f8\u7684\u53e5\u53e5\u300c\u6f01\u6751\u300d\u8a69\u53e5\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u8af7\u523a\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u8af7\u523a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u518d\u8aaa\u5805\u4e0d\u53ef\u6467\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u8ad6\u8ff0\u5821\u58d8\uff1a\u6d77\u6d0b\u7834\u58de\uff0c\u8ab0\u7684\u904e\u932f\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u7da0\u8272\u8ad6\u8abf\u662f\u70ba\u6b63\u7fa9\u4e4b\u5e2b\uff0c\u7121\u5bb9\u8cea\u7591\u7684\u9918\u5730\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u5728\u7406\u6240\u7576\u7136\u5730\u8a8d\u70ba\u8b70\u6848\u5408\u7406\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u5404\u7a2e\u6355\u6f01\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u6f01\u696d\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u554f\u984c\u2014\u2014\u8ab0\u5728\u7834\u58de\u6d77\u6d0b\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u53c8\u6709\u591a\u5c11\uff1f<\/p>\n

\u76ee\u524d\u7acb\u6cd5\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u662f\u62d6\u7db2\u6355\u6f01(trawling)\uff0c\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u4e16\u4e0a\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u7a2e\u6700\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u4e14\u6700\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6355\u6f01\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u88ab\u91dd\u5c0d\u7684\u662f\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u8fd1\u5cb8\u7684\u62d6\u7db2\u4f5c\u696d\uff08\u96e2\u5cb83-5\u516c\u91cc\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4f5c\u696d\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u4ee5\u5169\u8258\u6f01\u8239\u5404\u62c9\u8457\u6f01\u7db2\u4e00\u7aef\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u540c\u6642\u524d\u9032\uff0c\u4ee5\u5305\u7f85\u63a8\u9032\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6488\u5230\u7684\u6d77\u7522\u3002\u7136\u800c\u6b64\u65b9\u6cd5\u5e38\u70ba\u74b0\u4fdd\u4eba\u58eb\u6240\u57a2\u75c5\uff0c\u6307\u5176\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7be9\u9078\u800c\u628a\u6d77\u7522\u4e00\u7db2\u6253\u76e1\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u8cc7\u6e90\u640d\u8017\uff1b\u800c\u4e14\u5728\u6d77\u5e95\u6df1\u8655\u9032\u884c\u62d6\u6488\uff0c\u5c07\u9020\u6210\u6d77\u5e8a\uff08\u5982\u73ca\u745a\uff09\u7834\u58de\uff0c\u7834\u58de\u751f\u7269\u7684\u68f2\u606f\u74b0\u5883\u3002\u9762\u5c0d\u6709\u95dc\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e0d\u5c11\u5148\u9032\u570b\u5bb6\u90fd\u5617\u8a66\u628a\u6d77\u57df\u6309\u9b5a\u985e\u3001\u5730\u52e2\u7b49\u5206\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u4e4b\u9593\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6355\u6f01\u671f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0b\u7db2\u6df1\u5ea6\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u7b49\u7684\u7d04\u7ae0\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u5e73\u8861\u6f01\u6c11\u8207\u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u614b\u7684\u5229\u76ca\uff1b\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u5821\u7901\u5c31\u662f\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n

\u96d6\u7136\u6f01\u6c11\u88ab\u5851\u9020\u5230\u662f\u8caa\u5f97\u7121\u53ad\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u7834\u58de\u8005\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5be6\u6f01\u6c11\u4e26\u975e\u50bb\u5b50\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u53bb\u9806\u61c9\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u614b\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u96fb\u53f0\u5c31\u66fe\u62cd\u651d\u4e00\u8f2f\u93d7\u93d8\u96c6\uff0c\u77ad\u89e3\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u4f5c\u696d\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u7247\u4e2d\u7684\u6f01\u6c11\u5411\u8a18\u8005\u5927\u5410\u82e6\u6c34\uff0c\u6307\u653f\u5e9c\u8a87\u5927\u4e8b\u5be6\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u653f\u5e9c\u8aaa\u62d6\u7db2\u6355\u6f01\u5c07\u540c\u6642\u6488\u8d77\u9b5a\u82d7\uff0c\u4e0d\u5229\u9b5a\u985e\u5fa9\u539f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6f01\u7db2\u8a2d\u8a08\u65e9\u5df2\u8003\u616e\u9019\u9ede\uff0c\u6545\u7db2\u5b54\u4e4b\u9593\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7a7a\u9593\u8b93\u9b5a\u82d7\u96e2\u958b\u3002\u81f3\u65bc\u6355\u6488\u6df1\u5ea6\u904e\u6df1\uff0c\u62d6\u884c\u671f\u9593\u7834\u58de\u6d77\u5e8a\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\uff0c\u6f01\u6c11\u5247\u6307\u6f01\u7db2\u7834\u640d\u7684\u7dad\u4fee\u6210\u672c\u5f88\u9ad8\uff08\u89814000\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e0d\u6703\u8822\u5f97\u628a\u6f01\u7db2\u653e\u5728\u6d77\u5e8a\u62d6\u884c\u4f86\u81ea\u8a0e\u82e6\u5403\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u300c\u7834\u58de\u6d77\u5e8a\u300d\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\u540c\u6a23\u88ab\u653f\u5e9c\u8a87\u5927\u3002\u5c24\u5176\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6839\u672c\u6c92\u6709\u8003\u616e\u5176\u5be6\u5df2\u6709\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u591a\u6f01\u6c11\u96e2\u958b\u884c\u696d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u591a\u5167\u5730\u975e\u6cd5\u8de8\u5883\u6f01\u8239\u4f86\u672c\u6e2f\u6c34\u57df\u6355\u6488\uff0c\u52a0\u91cd\u6d77\u6d0b\u8ca0\u64d4\u7684\u4e8b\u5be6\uff1b\u800c\u53ea\u60f3\u76e1\u8fa6\u6cd5\u8981\u672c\u6e2f\u8fd1\u5cb8\u6f01\u6c11\u63f9\u8ca0\u5168\u90e8\u7f6a\u540d\u3002[2]<\/p>\n
