\/>\n\u300c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5b78\u8cbb42100\u53c8\u6709\u54a9\u597d\u6015\u558e\uff1f\u7533\u8acbgrant\/loan\u54aa\u641e\u6382\u56c9\uff01\u300d\u7121\u53ef\u5426\u8a8d\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u5c08\u4e0a\u5b78\u751f\u8cc7\u52a9\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u662f\u591a\u4e0d\u52dd\u6578\u3002\u6211\u60f3\u8af8\u541b\u4e5f\u9ad4\u9a57\u904e\u5728\u5bcc\u723e\u6566\u6a13\u6392grant\/loan\u6392\u5230\u8173\u8edf\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f97\u5f04\u6e05\u4e00\u9ede\uff1a\u8cb8\u6b3e(loan)\u662f\u8981\u7e73\u9084\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1(grant)\u624d\u662f\u771f\u6b63\u514d\u9664\u4e86\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u5b78\u8cbb\u8ca0\u64d4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u6642\u5b78\u751f\u8cc7\u52a9\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u7684\u8cc7\u52a9\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u662f\u5206\u5169\u689d\u968a\u3002\u4e00\u689d\u662f\u300c\u514d\u5165\u606f\u5be9\u67e5\u8cb8\u6b3e\u8a08\u5283\u300d\uff0c\u5373\u6240\u8b02\u7684Non-mean\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u4e0d\u6703\u7d66\u4e88\u5b78\u751f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u689d\u662f\u300c\u7d93\u5165\u606f\u5be9\u67e5\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u6216\u8cb8\u6b3e\u300d\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u8981\u4f60\u5448\u4ea4\u7236\u6bcd\u5c4b\u5951\u3001\u8cc7\u7522\u3001\u6708\u7d50\u55ae\u90a3\u689d\u968a\uff0c\u9019\u689d\u968a\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8acb\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u3002\u800c\u5be6\u60c5\u662f\uff0c\u300c\u7d93\u5165\u606f\u5be9\u67e5\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u6216\u8cb8\u6b3e\u300d\u8a08\u5283\u662f\u8a2d\u4e86\u4e0d\u5c11\u95dc\u5361\u548c\u9580\u6abb\uff0c\u5c07\u4e0d\u5c11\u5b78\u751f\u62d2\u8af8\u9580\u5916\uff0c\u5c31\u8b93\u6211\u5217\u8209\u4e00\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>1.\u5e74\u6eff\u5eff\u516d\u6b72\u537b\u6c92\u6709\u5927\u5b78\u5b78\u4f4d\u7684\u8077\u5834\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u5b78\u8cc7\u8655\u662f\u4e0d\u6703\u7d66\u4e88\u4ed6\u5011\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u7e7c\u7e8c\u9032\u4fee\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u53ea\u80fd\u9760\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7a4d\u84c4\u4f9b\u81ea\u5df1\u8b80\u5927\u5b78\u3002\u7136\u5247\u5b78\u8cc7\u8655\u662f\u5728\u525d\u6e1b\u9ad8\u9f61\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u5927\u5b78\u9032\u4fee\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.\u7236\u6bcd\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u3002\u5728\u5b78\u8cc7\u8655\u7684\u5be9\u6279\u7b97\u5f0f\uff0c\u5bb6\u7236\u5bb6\u6bcd\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u5c31\u7b49\u540c\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u3002\u4e00\u65e6\u5169\u8001\u4ee5\u5c0f\u751f\u610f\u6216\u8005\u662f\u63f8\u81ea\u5df1\u8cb7\u7684\u8eca\u7dad\u751f\uff0c\u5b50\u5973\u5e7e\u4e4e\u80af\u5b9a\u4e0d\u6703\u7372\u6279\u52a9\u5b78\u91d1\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u5011\u751f\u610f\u5931\u5229\u50b5\u52d9\u7e8f\u8eab\u6216\u8005\u4ed6\u5011\u4e0d\u9858\u4f9b\u990a\u5b50\u5973\u4e0a\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u537b\u4ecd\u7136\u6703\u88ab\u5b78\u8cc7\u8655\u8a08\u7b97\u5728\u5167\uff0c\u5b50\u5973\u6700\u5f8c\u4e5f\u5f97\u300c\u81ea\u5df1\u4f9b\u81ea\u5df1\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.\u7236\u6bcd\u4e0d\u9858\u5448\u4ea4\u5165\u606f\u7d00\u9304\u7684\u8ca7\u82e6\u5b78\u5b50\u3002\u5047\u82e5\u7236\u6bcd\u5acc\u624b\u7e8c\u592a\u7e41\u8907\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4ed6\u5011\u8207\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u60e1\u52a3\uff0c\u9019\u73ed\u62ff\u4e0d\u5230\u7236\u6bcd\u9280\u884c\u6708\u7d50\u55ae\u7684\u5b78\u5b50\u5c31\u5f97\u7acb\u5373\u80cc\u8ca0\u4e09\u81f3\u56db\u5e74\u7684\u5b78\u50b5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9047\u4e0a\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4e09\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u7684\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u552f\u4e00\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u7684\u9664\u4e86\u4e0d\u65b7\u6435\u88dc\u7fd2\u505apart-time\u8cfa\u9322\uff0c\u9084\u5f97\u540c\u6642\u5411\u653f\u5e9c\u501fNon-mean\u4ea4\u5b78\u8cbb\u3002\u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u7528\u8005\u81ea\u4ed8\u3002\u800c\u5728\u5927\u5b78\u56db\u5e74\u5236\u4e0b\uff0c\u9019\u73ed\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u5c31\u5f97\u7acb\u5373\u589c\u5165\u50b5\u7db2\uff0c\u80cc\u8ca0\u56db\u5e74\u7684\u5b78\u50b5\uff0c\u76db\u60e0\u81f3\u5c11\u5341\u516d\u842c\u516b\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u9084loan\u7684\u6158\u6cc1\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u4e0d\u96e3\u60f3\u50cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u501f\u9322\u4ea4\u5b78\u8cbb\u8ddf\u525d\u524a\u548c\u7dad\u7a69\u7684\u5171\u751f\u95dc\u4fc2<\/p>\n<p>\u6216\u8a31\u4f60\u6703\u8cea\u7591\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4e09\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u4e4b\u6578\u91cf\u4e0d\u6703\u5341\u5206\u4e4b\u591a\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u53ef\u4ee5\u78ba\u5b9a\uff0c\u501fNon-mean\u7684\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u6578\u91cf\u5be6\u5728\u4e0d\u5c11\u3002\u6839\u64da\u53bb\u5e74\u8ca1\u653f\u9810\u7b97\u6848\u548c\u53bb\u5e74\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u8cc7\u52a9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703(\u7c21\u7a31UGC)\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u572810\/11\u5e74\u5ea6\uff0c\u7533\u8acbNon-mean\u7684\u6578\u76ee\u905434143\u5b97\uff0c\u800c\u6559\u8cc7\u6703\u8cc7\u52a9\u8ab2\u7a0b\u6574\u9ad4\u5b78\u751f\u4eba\u6578\u5c31\u670974588\u500b\u3002\u5c48\u6307\u4e00\u7b97\uff0c\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u534a\u5927\u5c08\u5b78\u751f\u6709\u9700\u8981\u501fNon-mean\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u5728\u95b1\u8b80\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u7684\u4f60\u2500\u2500\u4f5c\u70ba\
