Week[2]\uff0c\u8b66\u65b9\u7a81\u7136\u885d\u5165\uff0c\u6176\u5178\u5728\u66b4\u529b\u4e0b\u843d\u5e55\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u88ab\u8b66\u65b9\u62d8\u6355\u3001\u95dc\u62bc\u3001\u62f7\u554f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u5730\u4e00\u500bLGBTI\u904b\u52d5\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u2014\u2014\u7a46\u5409\u6c99 (Frank Mugisha) \u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u88ab\u6355\u8005\uff0c\u7a46\u5409\u6c99\u8207\u4ed6\u7684\u540c\u4f34\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u8b66\u5bdf\u7684\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u5c0d\u5f85\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u88ab\u8feb\u8d64\u88f8\u6392\u6210\u4e00\u7dda\u7b49\u5f85\u8b66\u5bdf\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u6aa2\u67e5\u6027\u5225\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5f37\u8feb\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u906e\u63a9\u7684\u76e3\u5009\u4e2d\u6d17\u6fa1\u7b49\u3002\u7136\u800c\u88ab\u91cb\u653e\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e26\u672a\u5f97\u5230\u4e00\u53e5\u9053\u6b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53cd\u540c\uff0c\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u7149\u6210\u7684<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u975e\u6d32\u662f\u5b88\u820a\u4e0d\u8b8a\uff0c\u4f48\u6eff\u6a6b\u883b\u8207\u5c08\u653f\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002\u8ac7\u5230\u6027\uff0f\u5225\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u628a\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u4fdd\u5b88\u8207\u7576\u5730\u4f0a\u65af\u862d\u6559\u8207\u90e8\u843d\u5b97\u6559\u626f\u4e0a\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4f46\u5f80\u5f80\u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u767c\u9054\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff1a\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u64d4\u7576\u63f4\u52a9\u8005\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff1b\u4f46\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u70ba\u7576\u5730\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u6027\u5225\u58d3\u8feb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b96\u6c11\u524d\u7684\u70cf\u5e72\u9054\uff0c\u540c\u6027\u6200\u4e26\u975e\u751a\u9ebc\u5927\u4e8b\u3002\u7576\u5730\u53d7\u6b96\u6c11\u7d71\u6cbb\u524d\u7684\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u7d71\u6cbb\u8005(King Mwanga II)\uff0c\u5c31\u50b3\u51fa\u904e\u8207\u5176\u7537\u6027\u671d\u81e3\u767c\u751f\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u7a46\u5409\u6c99\u8aaa\u4ee5\u5f80\u53cd\u540c\u98a8\u6c23\u6c92\u6709\u4eca\u5929\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u7576\u5730\u4eba\u904e\u5f80\u90fd\u4ee5\u907f\u800c\u4e0d\u8ac7\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u61c9\u5c0d\u540c\u6027\u6200\u3002\u6b96\u6c11\u6642\u671f\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u540c\u6027\u6200\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u9055\u6cd5\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5be6\u7576\u5730\u4eba\u4ee5\u524d\u4e00\u76f4\u8207\u540c\u5fd7\u548c\u5e73\u5171\u8655\u3002\u7a46\u5409\u6c99\u56de\u61b6\u8d77\u5c0f\u6642\u5019\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u9130\u5c45\u662f\u4e00\u540d\u540c\u6027\u6200\u7406\u9aee\u5e2b\uff0c\u5728\u7dca\u5bc6\u7684\u9130\u91cc\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u6e05\u695a\u7406\u9aee\u5e2b\u7684\u6027\u5411\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u7406\u9aee\u5e2b\u5e38\u88ab\u51b7\u5632\u71b1\u8af7\uff0c\u53c8\u88ab\u6539\u4e0a\u4e0d\u540c\u8cb6\u7a31\uff0c\u4f46\u986f\u7136\u540c\u5fd7\u8207\u300c\u5e38\u4eba\u300d\u4e4b\u9593\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4ec7\u6068\u3002<\/p>\n<p>90\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u7684\u53cd\u540c\u98a8\u6c23\u4f9d\u7136\u672a\u6709\u5982\u6b64\u98a8\u884c\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u7576\u5730\u53d7\u5230\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u6240\u56f0\u64fe\uff0c\u897f\u65b9\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u53f3\u6d3e\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\uff1a\u7948\u79b1\u53ca\u6291\u58d3\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u6027\u617e\u3002\u6700\u7d42\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6210\u529f\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\u611f\u67d3\u7387\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u5927\u91cf\u652f\u6301\u30022000\u5e74\u521d\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u53f3\u6d3e\uff08\u57fa\u53f3\uff09\u958b\u59cb\u4ee5\u5927\u91cf\u91d1\u9322\u3001\u7269\u8cc7\u63f4\u52a9\u70cf\u5e72\u9054\uff0c\u5c07\u4fdd\u5b88\u52e2\u529b\u4f38\u5ef6\u5230\u975e\u6d32\u30022008\u5e74\uff0c3\u500b\u798f\u97f3\u6d3e\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u5230\u7576\u5730\u8b1b\u9053\uff0c\u767c\u8868\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u53cd\u540c\u6027\u6200\u8b1b\u8a71\uff0c\u5c07\u540c\u6027\u6200\u5851\u9020\u6210\u6bc0\u6ec5\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u7570\u985e\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>1. Them\u300d\u3002\u7a46\u5409\u6c99\u8207\u4ed6\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5361\u5716 (David Kato) \u90fd\u699c\u4e0a\u6709\u540d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u540d\u55ae\u516c\u4f48\u5f8c\u4e0d\u65b7\u53d7\u5230\u6ecb\u64fe\u3002\u5361\u5716\u5247\u843d\u5f97\u66f4\u60b2\u6158\u7684\u4e0b\u5834\uff1a\u5728\u540d\u55ae\u520a\u767b\u6578\u9031\u5f8c\uff0c\u88ab\u4eba\u4ee5\u9435\u68cd\u6253\u6b7b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53cd\u540c\u6d6a\u6f6e\u4e0d\u65b7\u5347\u6eab\uff0c2014\u5e74\u7e3d\u7d71\u4ee5\u540c\u6027\u6200\u5371\u5bb3\u570b\u5bb6\u70ba\u7531\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u5c07\u6700\u9ad8\u5211\u7f70\u63d0\u9ad8\u81f3\u6b7b\u5211\u3002\u6cd5\u6848\u53d7\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u9f4a\u8072\u6307\u8cac\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u5211\u7f70\u6539\u70ba\u7d42\u8eab\u76e3\u7981\u3002\u6700\u7d42\u63d0\u9ad8\u5211\u7f70\u6cd5\u6848\u5f8c\u88ab\u6cd5\u9662\u63a8\u7ffb\uff0c\u4f46\u7dad\u63012009\u5e74\u7684\u5165\u7344\u7f70\u5247\u3002\u7576\u5e74\uff0cLGBTI\u904b\u52d5\u8209\u8fa6\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u7684Pride Week\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u6b63\u503c\u63a8\u7ffb\u6cd5\u6848\u76842\u9031\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u518d\u6b21\u8209\u8fa6Pride Week\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4ee5\u70ba\u53cd\u540c\u98a8\u6c23\u6709\u6240\u597d\u8f49\uff0c\u53ef\u60dc\u4e8b\u8207\u9858\u9055\uff0c\u767c\u751f\u4eca\u6b21\u7684\u66b4\u529b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u975e\u6d32\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u56f0\u5883<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4ed6\u975e\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u5982\u8607\u4e39\u3001\u7d22\u99ac\u5229\u4e9e\u3001\u5766\u6851\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7b49\u4ea6\u9762\u5c0d\u8457\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u653f\u6cbb\u3001\u5b97\u6559\uff08\u4f0a\u65af\u862d\u6559\u8207\u57fa\u53f3\u7b49\uff09\u56e0\u7d20\u800c\u5c0d\u6027\uff0f\u5225\u8b70\u984c\u53d6\u5411\u6108\u8da8\u4fdd\u5b88\u3002\u66f4\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u50cf\u70cf\u5e72\u9054\u7e3d\u7d71\u7684\u653f\u5ba2\uff0c\u5c07\u6027\uff0f\u5225\u8b70\u984c\u8207\u653f\u6cbb\u535a\u5955\u62c9\u4e0a\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u610f\u5716\u6311\u8d77\u6c11\u65cf\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u70ba\u975e\u6d32\u7576\u5730\u722d\u53d6\u5e73\u6b0a\u904b\u52d5\u589e\u6dfb\u524d\u6240\u672a\u898b\u7684\u9670\u973e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[1]
